一 |     4月19日，上海市、江苏省、浙江省、安徽省知识产权部门在浙江嘉善举行2024年长三角知识产权一体化主题活动，持续以知识产权助力长三角一体化高质量发展。　　4月19日，上海市、江苏省、浙江省、安徽省知识产权部门在浙江嘉善举行2024年长三角知识产权一体化主题活动。    Former Smash Mouth lead singer Steve Harwell is receiving hospice care treatment at home, a representative confirmed to CBS News Sunday. The artist — whose band is known for hits including "All Star" and "Walkin' on the Sun" — is being cared for by his fiancé, according to representative Robert Hayes. "My only additional comment is that we would hope that people would respect Steve and his family's privacy during this difficult time," Hayes said to CBS News. 

             

Harwell was previously diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, a form of heart disease.       Smash Mouth was formed in 1994. Harwell was with the band until 2021, when he retired. Zach Goode became the band's frontman last year, according to Smash Mouth's website. The band is also well known for its cover of the Monkee's classic "I'm a Believer."  The band has not yet publicly commented on Harwell's condition.                                  。新华社记者张璇 摄　　活动现场，三省一市知识产权局现场签署《长三角高价值专利培育转化合作备忘录》和《长三角技术调查官合作备忘录》，并发布《2024长三角区域重点城市知识产权发展状况报告》等一系列成果。　　据悉，下一步，在专利培育转化方面，三省一市将通过重点产业协同创新、转化平台共建互通、转化项目跨省落地、优势资源流动共享、创新权益护航共保等合作，加快培育一批创新水平高、市场潜力大、经济社会效益好的高价值专利，协同提升高价值专利产业化水平。　　在知识产权保护方面，三省一市将搭建长三角技术调查官信息库，探索选任、聘任标准互认机制，实现跨区域、跨部门执法保护，此后长三角地区的41市可跨地区指派或者调派技术调查官，参与知识产权行政、司法案件办理，为查明案件技术事实提供咨询、出具技术调查意见和其他必要技术协助。　　三省一市知识产权局有关负责人表示，长三角知识产权一体化发展格局日臻完善，有力推动了区域知识产权合作交流，并发挥各自区域优势，联手支持区域创新环境和营商环境优化。
